We operate a full HACCP system and also operate a full allergen management system. We can discuss special dietary and allergen requirements at time of booking. Unfortunately if the venue is not fit for purpose or has issues outlined in our HACCP system we may have to decline the booking.

If you are doing your own catering we hire out our plates, cutlery, cups/saucers and bain marie chafing dishes.

We can assist you in the hire of everything from tables to teaspoons.
